Coach Matt
Matt is a veteran Performance Coach with over 18 years of experience, a former collegiate football player at UCLA, and founder of the House of Strength training facility in Northern Colorado. He specializes in adult fitness and athletic performance for athletes at all levels, backed by a lifelong commitment to human performance and a strong family legacy in competitive sports.
Coach Kyler
Kyler is an experienced human performance and holistic health coach with over a decade of experience, holding a bachelor's degree in exercise science and a master's in biomechanics, with coaching roles spanning Division I athletics and various sports programs. His expertise includes coaching athletes at the collegiate level and leading training programs for diverse teams, including middle-distance and cross-country athletes.
Coach Sean
Sean is a highly experienced performance coach with over 11 years of expertise, practicing under the National Strength and Conditioning Association. His passion for fitness and sports performance began early as he competed at a high level in the national youth tennis circuit. During his athletic career, Sean realized the critical role of holistic health and fitness in maximizing athletic potential, igniting his journey as a fitness professional at the age of 20.
