My favorite workout jam has to be "Lose Yourself" by Eminem. It gets the job done every time!
Where would you rather be?
It might make me sound like a kid, but I’d rather be outdoors at play. I always feel rejuvenated after playing a sport, exercising in the foothills, or just running around like I am back on the playground.
What’s your cocktail of choice?
My favorite drink has to be an Old Fashioned or any of the prohibition-style cocktails. I guess you could say I drink like an old man.
What has you smiling?
Nothing makes me smile more than a great comedy special.
What’s your guilty pleasure food after a tough workout?
That’s an easy one. My favorite guilty pleasure food after a workout is definitely an In-N-Out burger and fries.
